The product is stable, with heavier dumbbells at the bottom. Compact size - but the very compact nature can get in the way of larger dumbbells. I have sets of 40 lbs, 30 lbs, 25 lbs, 20lbs and some assortment of other smaller sizes. Based on the shape of your weights, it might be hard to have all of them in the side racks, as the larger weightblocks touching each other will prevent them from being properly stoved.

A solution here would be to stack some of the relatively smaller weights, like 20Lbs on the horizontal connecting bars. It seems quite strong to hold such weights. And leave one of the side slots empty or have a small dumbbell in there.

Overall, a very good product for a small gym or room, especially at this price($ 40.00). If you have many dumbbell sets larger than say 45 Lbs, consider a bigger product.

(More customer reviews)This mat emits a rubbery/petroleum odor that is intolerable.A bought the mat to use in my house for light weight lifting.After about a day I had to put it outside the smell was so bad.I used a power washer, various chemicals and left it outside for over two weeks.I tried to use it again, but after a week I had to put it back outside.The smell had diminished, but it was still pretty strong.The mat is back outside and is still smelly.If the sun warms it up, the odor intensifies.I am still hanging on to it to see ifI can find an outdoor use for it.I will not bring that thing back in the house.I cannot recommend this product for use inside.

(More customer reviews)Great flooring system for a home weightlifting gym. It's heavy and very dense, very similar if not the same type of stuff you see in most commercial gym's. Heavy duty, takes dropped dumbbell punishment, and resists damage/cuts. Use a drywall T-Square as a guide, and put a new blade in a box cutter. Take several passes to cut it and take your time. It cuts straight and square for a professional look. I will definitely buy these again when I get a bigger room for the gym.
