(More customer reviews)I purchased my Cap Barbell neoprene dumbbell 3#/5#/8# set from another online fitness store about 6 months ago. This set is a great starter set for toning and weight training at home.

These are good quality dumbbells (comparable to Troy brand) and are colored red, aqua and purple. Neoprene dumbbells are less damaging on flooring, don't smell bad, and (because of their hex shape) don't roll away. They are also easier to grip and more gentle on your hands (especially if you prefer to weight train without gloves).

I use these dumbbells almost daily and really like them.

(More customer reviews)I first have to say great help when i inquired about this product. I got an email response when i had a question before i decided to purchase these weight wraps. My comment on this item is this. It works!! If u can get the darn thing to stay on. The material on it is a comfprtable but start working up a sweet it likes to slide back and forth at times making it rather difficult to even go on a brisk jog. Make sure u decided on how what size. I purchased a meduim but im starting to think maybe a large would have been the way to go. The materail will rip if u try to stretch it to get a nice slug fit especially if u want to prevent the wraps from sliding off when u work out and start sweeating. All in all its a good product and i highly recommend it if u want to give your body a workout. Running walking pushups crunches pullups swimming u name it this stuff will make a simple pull up a challenge. I also suggest that u figure out a way to make the things sweat proof so u dont have the problem i do. I have yet figure out to prevent the darn things from sliding. Another thing the weights have a tendencey to slide out. another down side of it. Aside from that its a great product.

The Kinesifit system (U.S. Patent #7,090,624 B1) wraps around the core muscle groups as though the body naturally gained weight. Weight can be added or removed easily. It is designed for comfort and can be used at home, at work, or during workouts. The system is also water resistant and can be used for swimming fitness. Includes 8 adjustable weights wraps in all black color plus removable weights.Each set consists of wraps for the right and left: forearms, biceps, thighs, and calves. The wraps are adjusted by slip and/or velcro straps and contain pockets into which small rectangular weights (each weighing 6.5 ounces) are placed. The minimum total weight for a set of arm/leg wraps (with one weight in each wrap) is 3.25 lbs. The maximum weight, if all the pockets contained weights, is 19.5 lbs.The bicep, forearm, and calf wraps can each hold 4 weights; the thigh wraps can each hold 12 weights. Each weight is 6.5 ounces. The sets come in four sizes: small, medium, large and extra-large.

Shipping was free, that was nice & Amazon's price was better then direct purchase from the company.Set up procedure could be challenging for some as a parts list and exploded view of how the parts were assembled was all that was provided. I'm mechanically inclined & did not have any problems & machine was set up in about 3 hours. I would have liked an operator's manual as I'm sure there are features that I have yet to master. Both myself and my 16 yr old son like the machine and use it serveal times a week. I also have a Body Solid leg press machine which I have owned for 15 years. Both the ab and the leg machine are good values.
