(More customer reviews)I bought these to start interval trianing. I did a lot of reasearch on which ones to buy since there are a ton out there. This set was priced better than most others and also included the round and "figure 8" bands that other sets did not have. VERY high quality. I am a big guy (6'0" 285'bs.) and used to power lift and this set is way more than enough for me. In fact, I primarily use the black and red bands combined and that is it. Oh, it is awesome that you can combine them for more and more resistance. You can't do that with a lot of other sets. Compact and easy to store out of the way.
