(More customer reviews)I've purchased a similar model from Stamina which also using wheels and bungee cords, however, due to their poor designed, the bungee cord rubbed against the wheel for every pull and the cords were ripped in maybe 15% of the expected life cycle of the unit.
I've contact Stamina to request the replacements and they want to charged me $21 for a set (my units have three sets of cords).I have send them pictures to proof the designed error and they don't even reply to me anymore.
Get products form other reliable company, don't get it from some one who do not stand behind their products and hope to make money from spare parts after their orginal fail!
