(More customer reviews)After reading the issues people had with the inner bumps on the other weighted hoops, I decided to give this one a try.It is easy to put together - snaps into place - but like others I hadn't gotten it quite "right" so the first couple of times it came apart.Once I fixed those two areas it was good to go.I've only been using it a couple of days, but so far it's perfect.I don't have any bruising (as mentioned by those people who bought the hoops with the inner bumps), but I've had a bit of difficulty keeping it up.However, I'm sure I'll be hooping if I keep trying since I'm getting better each day.

Do beware however that this hoop is HUGE!I guess I'm still visualizing the kids hula hoops from years ago.This hoop requires quite a bit of free space so be prepared.

I'd recommend it to anyone who is considering purchasing a weighted hoop

(More customer reviews)Nice, sturdy quality unit and fairly easy to assemble.Much better than a cheaper one I purchased that collapsed on me, so worth the extra money.(I'm 260# and have no problems or concerns with this unit capacity-wise.)My only complaint is that the "handlebars" are too close together, and I have to concentrate on missing them.Six inches further apart would be nice.If you're average-sized or smaller, you shouldn't have a problem.

(More customer reviews)I bought this item as a Christmas gift.The receipient enjoys it immensely as both a Roman Chair style machine and a sit-up bench.It is solidly constructed and has adjustable legs and height.The cushions allow the user to relax while using the machine to stretch the back muscles.My only complaint is that the assembly directions provided only showed exploded diagrams of the product, and no simple step by step directions.This made the gift incredibly frustrating until we finally figured out how to put it together.
