(More customer reviews)This was painful with use as well as returning for refund.I did not get fully refunded.I paid my own shipping and returned exactly how the item was sent to me(which was obviously already returned by another customer)I guess they are making money sending the same hula hoop which keeps being returned to them and charging restocking fee.No fitness product should bruise you to get in shape!
I can accept muscle soreness. My 23 year old daughted tried it with terrible complaints.We are both in excellent physical shape and since then been using 5lb weighted (different brand)hula hoop without problems and great results while having fun. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND the Jemimah Health Hula(Hoola) Hoop II
