(More customer reviews)I think if you don't use this with Rambo-like intensity, it will work for.The pictures do not match the text in the pamphlet that comes with.The text says to hold it one, but the picture shows something in few places.Video is a little more instructive, but I have yet to find the "65 exercises" this thing can do.
