(More customer reviews)I ordered the Bow Classic a few weeks ago and I'm really enjoying it.I'm now 63 years old and was wanting something to use at home to do some basic exercises to improve muscle tone and strength.This product is perfect for my purposes.Since I've been using it, I feel much better and the muscle tension I used to carry in my back and shoulders is gone.The reviewer who complained that the Bow Classic is too long would probably have been happy with their shorter product, which I think is called the Steel Bow and which comes with adjustable springs.My son, who is shorter than me tried to use the Bow Classic and found it a little long for him (I'm 5'9" and he's 5'6').As you can see, I'm a contented customer.If you are a shorter than average person, I would suggest reading the descriptions and comments on both this and the shorter product before making a purchase.I have only the Bow Classic and it's a quality piece of equipment at a very fair price.

I've tried the Essential Flexibility DVD that it came with and boy did that stretch me out! I will most likely also buy the metal anchor and the DVD that works out your back (for my husband who has back issues).

(More customer reviews)I got this workout ball because I have cats and every time I've gotten one in the past the cats seem to be able to pop them with their claws.This one is great because it can't be popped and it just feels sturdier.The only problem I have with it is that I am exactly 5'6 and it is on the small side for me. So I would recommend that if you are on the edge of what they recommend for size, go the one step bigger otherwise you will regret it.

(More customer reviews)I have been planning on buying a bench for a few months and finally decided to buy one and I thought this was the best choice taking into consideration it had a lat bar.Its pretty good for a beginner, but kinda cheap.The lat bar and arm curl can't hold much weight, but I wasn't expecting much anyway for $140.It is more comfortable than some benches, but could be better.The assembly was a bit of a pain.It took me about a total of 6 hours to assemble, taking into consideration I am not very mechanically inclined.The lat bar is designed for standard weights, but the arm curl supports both standard and Olympic.For $140 it was a pretty good buy, but if you are a person who works out often, I would recommend spending a little more and buying something better.

(More customer reviews)I own several pieces from Body Solid and this one lives up to the expectation set by the others: well engineered, well built, good assembly instructions.I'm over 200 pounds and this gear doesn't flinch.It's more expensive than something you'd get from the local sporting goods store but the fact they send along touch-up paint is revealing.This apparatus will be needing to have it's nicks and scuffs touched up long after lesser gear is heading to the dump.
