(More customer reviews)It came in two boxes and was shipped 2days days before it was schedual to be shipped. This home gym is a real good one.. you can do full body work-outs working on just every excercise you can think of including abs work!

I only had one fault with it that caused me to give it a 4-star rating is the floor board, where the rubber mat came pealing off and the frame had a small rust on it (nothing major, I cleaned it off).
The set up is easy all you need is '2 adjustable wrenches'.

Working out on it is good but don't like the way the cable sometimes rub on your arm during the bench presses but I'll manage. Just say that this gym is worth your money..

Other than the rubber mat pealing off the floor board this is a 5-star.
